Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To provide the best service to all clients and respect everyone’s time, the following policies are in place:


Cancellations

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service price and will NOT be issued a refund.


Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

• Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will be considered a late cancellation and subject to the same fees.

-You will be able to reschedule this booking 1x . For any reason If you have to cancel or reschedule this booking again you will have to make a new booking . Payment for the previous booking will NOT be refunded. 


Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time. If you are late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed, but you will still be charged the full session fee.
